The train was extremely well guarded. Military Drone was likely used. The first truck that we see smashed was waiting for the train. Then moved forward when it seen the train and didn't get out in time. The drone seen him move forward and the train reduced speed.
Tomorrow is the big day though.
Anyone that thinks they could be a target be ready.

Q clarified that a drone was watching the train from above.
The white hats suspected something was up and warned the engineer.
I don’t think the impact was 70 mph as reported. It that was so, those passenger cars would been off the track accordion style.
