In less than 24 hours we’re already hearing excuses, like the barrier arms were known to malfunction, the locals were used to the slower coal trains that they can “beat”, etc. Yet I thought all traffic was supposed to be stopped as the special Congressional charter was going through. So many excuses so quickly, nothing to see here.
Thousands of trains run every day in this nation. What are the odds that the train carrying many Republicans was the one in an accident yesterday?
