Did President approved of the edits? Did White House lawyers approved as well? I can’t imagine Trump or the lawyers allow Kelly to make any changes just because the FBI is embarrassed about their own actions! The only way I can see approval of changes now would be because there’s some kind of ongoing investigation with an informant and a name or something done is redacted for legal reasons but I doubt that right now
