Congressman Joe Kennedy III gave the Democratic response to the State of the Union — and drew comments both about his policy ideas and for what was dripping off his lips.
The 37-year-old Kennedy family scion — who is the grandson of RFK — appeared to have large, bizarre, wet spots at the corners of his mouth as the talked after President Trump’s speech, prompting people to wonder if it was drool or an abundance of Chapstick.
“Marco Rubio had dry-mouth during his #SOTU response in 2013. Joe Kennedy has drool-mouth,” tweeted GOP pollster Frank Luntz, as he compared Kennedy’s speech to the disastrous 2013 Republican response by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida) in which he awkwardly reached for water.

Let young Kennedy suffer the same abuse that Marco Rubio did when he kept drinking water during his turn at giving the opposition response.

I think he may have had a stroke just as the cameras began to roll. Or, maybe he’s been lobotomized by his parents. The classic Mustang just behind him looked like it too was disabled with the hood open like that. Not a good visual at all...tsk, tsk, tsk.
Yeah, he seemed to be foaming at the mouth, but his delivery did not even hint at any sort of passion. He reminded me of an inexperienced 14-year-old reading a speech.

Are the Democrats losing their minds? This was pathetic. Did they not vet this guy? I was interested in what they would say but shut it off after a few minutes. It was worthless and sad to see an adult make a fool of himself in front of the entire nation.
