Source says FISA memo has to be held for 5 days, even if Trump clears for release on 1st day. Since review period ends on Saturday, might be held for release until Monday.

That's incorrect. The POTUS can green light release following Intel Committee vote. However if POTUS does nothing (ie neither approves or disapproves) for 5 days, the Committee can release the document(s) itself.

You're reading it wrong. That section lays out when the select committee can release it, not POTUS.

Trump can release it anytime. He could have bypassed the vote entirely and declassified it, but it's good he didn't.

Glad you mentioned this. All along, I’ve had this nagging thought that there was more to this “terminal” report. Don’t know what it would be, just an uneasy feeling. Six months would bring us to February. You are right, according to what we were told, he would be on hospice by now.

I wonder if he’s still wearing the boot!
