Problem with the "best" rating. Seems to me there are more Michiganders in Florida than in Michigan, especially this time of year.

I guess if you like lead laced drinking water, pot holes as big as school busses and a football team of wolverines that can't seem to handle the useless nuts just to south of them, Michigan might be for you. Just saying.
