Proper form of Baptism generally means water and the Trinitarian formula: “I baptize thee in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost”.
Baptism in Jesus’s name alone, or according to other language like “Creator, Redeemer, and Sanctifier” is invalid.
