This isn't the first time Roy Moore has refused to concede an election he lost didn't win. Apparently he's been a sore loser non-winner for a long time.

And what election was that? The Governor's election? I personally don't see it as a flaw that a man should keep fighting, even when the odds are against him.

I consider it admirable.
