The employee responsible for sending a false mobile alert across Hawaii warning of an incoming ballistic missile is not cooperating with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) investigations looking into the matter, an FCC official said Thursday, according to media reports.
"We are quite pleased with the level of cooperation we have received from the leadership of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency thus far," Fowlkes said, according to Axios.
"We are disappointed, however, that one key employee, the person who transmitted the false alert, is refusing to cooperate with our investigation," she added. "We hope that person will reconsider."

Nobody in their right mind would speak to ANY fed. You can’t get in trouble for that. But if you talk, all kinds of bad things can happen to you.
And the feds don’t simply want to find out how to make the system better. They want a scapegoat who they can prosecute. That lets them off the hook because, “look citizens, it was this one bad employee. Now we have it fixed”.
After they locked up that film maker after Benghazi, after Martha Stewart, and many others, nobody in their right mind should cooperate with any fed.
