I think at some locations they have banned non-government phones and devices from entering buildings. This should be mandatory for all government employees. You check your phone and tablet at the door. Non-employee visitors should continue to have privileges. Make it a firing offense for an employee to use anyone’s phone or tablet in the workplace. And to access or use an encrypting or non-government method of communications. Thus, anyone that does, is subject to immediate termination. Add 5 year, $50,000 fine to it. AND ENFORCE IT.
I think most DoD agencies have done that. My wife's agency has never allowed private electronics in.

It will not be enforced as it is not being enforced now. The people doing this in the FBI and DOJ know they are completely protected. I have enough confidence to state they probably take home highly classified documents so they can use them along with the illegal cell phones. It has already been shown that the Deep State inhabitants do not get into any trouble, and are actually lauded, for their blatant violation of our laws and National security.
