Setting BHO aside (who I personally believe was not eligible), what would make her ineligible? I am interested in details.

Natural born citizens are naturally Americans because they cannot possibly be anything else.
Born here of citizen parents.
When one is born here of citizens of other countries one inherits those citizenships, allegiances and loyalties.
One is not naturally an American.
Children of foreign nationals are precisely who the founders were excluding with the phrase.
BHO told us he was born a British subject as result of his foreign national father.
I do not believe any of the founders would have thought a British subject to be eligible.

Neither of her parents were US citizens when she was born.
Mother an Indian national, inherits Indian nationality.
Father a Jamaican national, inherits Jamaican nationality.
Only considered an American by misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment.
