You have a Federal Judge in California that says Trump can't halt DACA. They finally appealed that but won't have an answer until April, which this year comes after March.

Remember, Trump ended DACA.

Remember a Federal Judge said he couldn't end it and since Federal Judges out rank the President it will not end in March. The supremes said they would consider the lower court decision but haven decision until April which is a month after the deadline. So there isn't a March deadline after all.
