Yup, remember them well. Everyone thinking we were not going to get paid, but we did. Never waivered, the checks came, we cashed them, Mama went to the commissary, kids went to school, we went to the field, nothing changed. It was Germany, it was cold, it rained, it snowed, we whined, we gripped, but life went on!!! Remember them very well. Have a good one brother in arms.
