I am pretty sure I can NOT ask any race kinds of wuestions on an employee application.
How can the NFL ask this???
It’s not an employment application. It’s a permission application and applicant will go through an FBI background check. And it’s a perfectly legit FBI background check question. If you had a valid reason to put applicants through that you could ask it too.
