Terrible story but it seems to me there were some freepers here against the Bundy family. I forget the reasons why.

And that's it in a nutshell. Disbar and jail the fed lawyers for that favorite liberal word, 'conspiracy and collusion', arrest and prosecute the agents involved in setting this family up and hand the Bundies a few trainloads full of greenbacks as a reminder to not do this kind of crap ever again.

The Ruby Ridge case was actually worse than that. The federal marshal who instigated the firefight did so by killing a dog that had proved inconvenient to them and went up there armed specifically for that reason, and threw rocks into Weaver's back yard to get the dog to respond. Randy Weaver was shot in the back as he went to check on his dead son Sammy's body in an outbuilding. Vicki was shot in her doorway holding an infant to her breast. Weaver and Harris did not surrender to the FBI, his 16-year-old daughter Sarah did so after spending eleven days lying in her mother's blood waiting for the federals to assault them. There were no booby-traps, no automatic weapons, no shooting at a helicopter, absolutely nothing that the media and the FBI claimed at the time. A federal jury acquitted the Weavers and Harris of all charges except failure to appear. Three people dead, others' lives ruined, and the killer whisked away to safety and has never so much as been charged. Oh, and Waco followed shortly thereafter and that same killer was there too.

And that's really the pattern with the Bundy case, and, for that matter, with all of the other antics in DC involving the FBI trying to bring down a President. If you let that sort of abuse go, that's where it leads to.
