I'd love that can of worms be opened. I asked Angus King to address the application of Rogers v. Bellei, 401 U.S. 815 (1971) to the candidacy of Ted Cruz. He blew me off with a "not ripe for remark" response. Damn right they all know, except for the racist plants. Abuses of FISA to snoop on campaigns is, in the realm of infractions being committed as a matter of routine, a minor infraction. Corrupt to the core.

AND THEY DID NOT LIFT ONE FINGER TO STOP OBOZO. When the truth comes out this will have been America's first treasonous President elected by all those macaroons that had slave guilt (which ended 153 years ago (as of today) and 143 years ago when Obozo was elected.

If we had a Congress led by Repubs with a pair - and I don't mean Trey Gowdy and his ilk - they would have challenged Obozo when the Electoral College met, and if the votes could not have stopped him there, at a minimum they should have IMPEACHED him at the point of FAST AND FURIOUS, which IMHO was a "High Crime and Misdemeanor", which can mean anything since it is a political, not a legal solution.

That's an excellent point. I think it may explain a lot of what's happening politically today.
