If we had a Congress led by Repubs with a pair - and I don't mean Trey Gowdy and his ilk - they would have challenged Obozo when the Electoral College met, and if the votes could not have stopped him there, at a minimum they should have IMPEACHED him at the point of FAST AND FURIOUS, which IMHO was a "High Crime and Misdemeanor", which can mean
anything since it is a political, not a legal solution.
