Seriously - if Democrats REALLY cared about kids - then they would be glad to get CHIP Funding in what the Republicans see as a must-pass deal.

The GOP has used a Dem tactic on the Dems .... they included in the funding bill CHIP and something else (I can’t remember what it was) that will look really, really bad if the Dems vote against it
So, Nancy thinks a $1,000 bonus is “crumbs” & CHIP (as in the funding bill) is ‘doggy doo’ ..... a lot of non-elite ‘normies’ won’t agree with her on that.
