There is a girl in Toronto who needs a lot of patience and understanding.
This 11-year-old child made a mistake that grew and grew until it became an international story. She told her family, her school and the police that a stranger had followed her and attacked her with scissors, slashing her hijab. Twice. The child's brother reported that he had been witness to it all. The girl described her attacker and the event in some detail. The man was Asian, he was smiling, he was dressed in black, the scissors had a blue handle.
After the police went to the media with the story, a press conference was held in the child's school, and she was interviewed by numerous media outlets. Political leaders from three levels of government responded with shock and horror. Even CNN picked up the story. Many people said, "This is not Canada."

Canadians need a dose of reality to deal with this fraud.
She committed a hate crime and should have several hundred hours community time working with those if other faiths.
Sure, and she and her brother should be removed from their family and placed in separate, Christian family homes, because they’ve obviously been exposed to a corrupting environment with their own family!
She deserves a sentence to community service alright. So does her father or husband. Who lets an 11-year-old female walk around in public without adult male escort? (Hey, I can be as culturally sensitive as the next guy.)
De facto public mischief because she is 11 she can’t be charged in Canada (12 years old is the age for criminal offences). If her brother was older then he should be as he appears to have been in on the hoax. And actually this is the first time I heard the fake perpetrator was not white but Asian.
The media and politicians owe apologies for exploiting false narratives.

The apology needed is from the adults in the room and the media, who decided the narrative fit their propaganda desires... and didn’t for one second bother to think, perhaps this might not be honest or correct.
They do this all the time, they have a narrative they WANT to tell, and will bite on anything they feel fits it, only to later have to back pedal.. but of course they don’t back pedal, because by the time its revealed as a hoax, they have moved on to the next thing fitting their narrative....

I challenge you, turn on the TV, watch any mainstream show, any one that came about in the last 10 years or so, and count the number of gay characters.... Go for it... 1% at most of the population, but ever single show has at least one token character.
Its gotten to the point where even kids cartoons make sure to have the token gay propaganda in it.... Don’t believe me? Watch a few episodes of “The Loud House”.... Innocuous fair for the most part, premise, a house full of 10 or 11 kids and all are girls, except 1 boy... And wouldn’t you know it? The boys best friend has two dads....
Your children are being brainwashed by that glowing box in your home folks.... as are most adults without even realizing it.

She deserves conviction and sentencing, not an apology. Suggestion: sentence her to six months of unpaid community service in a pork processing plant.
Yet I have no doubt that if this 11 year old girl announced she was a lesbian or “trans-sexual”, this “human rights educator” would take the girls claim 100% seriously.
She would then immediately begin “educating” us about how children are mature enough to know and establish their “sexual identities” no matter how young they are. She would then demand that we apologize to the child for doubting her ability to take her own life choices.
