We don’t have to make a deal with Trump right now because we’re gonna win the Senate, and we’re gonna win the House in November...

Mathematically impossible for them to win the Senate...

Given how desperate to win the Democrats are, I wouldn’t be so sure. They already pull the same thing that the Republicans pulled in previous years with greater turnout.

Trump hate and amnesty for illegals is all the Democrats have been focusing on since the election. That’s all they have and been focused on for a year.

Rush thinks a conviction in the Senate is possible if Democrats take the majority.

67 votes required. I don’t think so, even if the Democrats take some seats.

Really? Well, let’s see: they have 25 seats up, we have 8.

They would need a miracle to best the odds...

While I agree its way to early to see how Novemeber is going to turn out, I am concerned about how engergized the DemoncRAT base is and how Republicans are not turning out in these elections so far.

We’ll see if that hanges in Novemeber.

Very true, but the elections are nine plus months from now, and that’s an eternity in politics. If the economic wave is in full swing by then I think the president and the Repukes benefit at the polls.

What are they going to impeach Trump for?

I’m not seeing a Dem Tsunami in Nov. 5-10 seat swing either
way in the house, 4-5 seat Repub gain in the senate, and Trump gets re-elected in’20.

"What are they going to impeach Trump for?"

The charges do not matter as the vote to impeach in the House is not a criminal proceeding.

How many of the 25 are in solid blue territory or have no challenger? It might be a little less than 25.

These Republican strategists that are quoted in the media are typically establishment types, and they’re wrong more than they’re right, but in this case they’re right. The Democrats have been winning race after race in places they don’t normally win. That is always a portent of a tsunami.

Pray. Pray early and pray often. Then pray some more. Fast, too. In Jesus Holy Name.

Actually all we really need to do is get out and vote, like we did last November.

Only 13% of Republicans bothered to show up to vote in the WI election the other night. Pitiful.

Sam, who do you think is able to turn the hearts of the right people to vote? Who do you think turns events in our favor, providing we call upon Him and trust Him to do what we cannot. Who knows all of the tricks of the enemy and can expose them and eliminate them? Who is in charge of weather, which influences the vote. Who is the one who raises up leaders, and brings them down. Who, by His grace, allowed us President Trump?

Yes, but God helps those who help themselves. It is still up to us to take action.

I'm eternally grateful that enough of us got to the polls in November of 2016 to literally save this country. However, now is not the time to sit on our hands and expect divine intervention. President Trump cannot do it all by himself. We may not like the Republican choices in the down ballot races but we must deliver Trump a Republican majority in November if he is going to continue to get our MAGA agenda enacted.
