During the White House press briefing Tuesday afternoon, Rear Admiral Dr. Ronny Jackson reported on the details of President Trump's recent physical, which was conducted last week at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington D.C.
"His health is excellent right now," Jackson said. "He's fit for duty for the remainder of this term and another term if he is elected."
"All clinical data indicates that the President is currently very healthy, and that he will remain so for the duration of his presidency," he continued. "The purpose of the exam was to provide the public with an update of the president's current health status, and ensure the president continues to enjoy all the benefits of good health."
Jackson said all the results of the physical were released to the press, with nothing held back for privacy reasons. The data shows President Trump has normal arteries and blood pressure, in addition to a regular heat rate. He is 71 years old and weighs 239 pounds.
"One thing that really stands out to me is his cardiac health," Jackson said, adding that based on objective data, the President is far above average for his age.
According to Jackson, he wasn't planning to issue a cognitive test because he felt it was unnecessary after spending time with the President, but Trump requested he conduct one anyway.
"There is no indication he has any cognitive issues," he said. "I've found no reason whatsoever to think that the president has any issues with his thought process."
"He got a 30/30 on the [cognitive] test]," Jackson continued. "As far as I'm aware, no other President has ever had a cognitive assessment...It's never been done."
"He has gone above and beyond to demonstrate his cognitive abilities," he said. "The President is mentally very sharp, very intact."
Jackson prescribed President Trump an exercise program and recommended he lose 10-15 pounds over the next year.
"He's more enthusiastic about the diet part than the exercise part, but we're going to do both," Jackson said. "He's a good patient."

The press conference with the Dr was noting less than bizarre! Never seen a group of reporters trying to make a guy say something that was not there.

I'm 6' 3" and weigh almost exactly the same amount (242). My wife says I need to lose weight but I feel fine and like to hike in woods with my dog. I also have a very healthy appetite and eat lots of steak, pork, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, butter, nuts, green vegetables and olive oil. Lots of olive oil.
Also, coffee, wine, beer and mead. I know President Trump doesn't drink coffee or alcohol but I think my choice of beverages are balanced out by Trump's choice of Diet Coke. Really President Trump? Diet Coke? Anyway, we all have our vices, don't we?
But we are both about the same height and weight so I feel pretty good about that. MAGA!
