Magistrate Monica Herranz of Portland Oregon is a good example of a government scofflaw in action.
Assisting an illegal alien charged with DUI to evade ICE which was waiting for him to appear from her court, she violated state and federal law, ethical canons and presumably her attorneys’ oath.
The Multnomah county bar ass’n? `She did nothing wrong.’ The left has a right to their own opinions, but not to their own law and facts.
I think you have a criminal act by that scofflaw . I think she should be arrested, indicted, tried , convicted and harshly punished for multiple felonies. There is no excuse not to prosecute her.
Seems I’ve seen a heads-up around here today that ICE is planning a raid in SanFran soon.
If real, will SanFran “knock heads” with the Feds? Let’s hope so.
Keep in mind, POTUS placed his picks in Cabinet positions and essentially, told them to go perform their job, he wouldn’t second guess them (just like a good CEO would do). They simply come to him with an after-action report.
