Oh, then I read this. You don’t sound like you are being very kind to yourself. You need to find something to occupy your mind and body. Your beloved DrO would not want you to “bury” yourself. Sleeping that much and not eating or drinking properly will break your body down and the results will not be pleasant. I know, I know, I’m preaching to you the same way I preach to myself. Yes, it’s hard, but you gotta do it. I will pray for our Jesus to give you something interesting to revive your spirits.
I’m not fond of winter either. It’s easy to get depressed when you are shut in. Love you girl.
