The mother and 19-year-old daughter were spotted walking off Miami Beach on Saturday surrounded by friends - including former Obama administration senior advisor Valerie Jarrett - and Secret Service personnel.
Michelle, 53, looked sensational in a white bikini top matched with high-waisted white denim cut-off shorts as she trudged her way barefoot through the sand, holding her shoes in one hand.

Oh yes, very fine and beautiful, indeed! But, just as in the picture you posted, most have the good sense not to sport bikinis in their 50s and 60s. That’s a younger woman’s game...before things have settled into weird places, lol. Most lovely ladies know this; Mooch, on the other hand, seems to relish a certain tone deafness when it comes to fashion etiquette.
Malia looks unhappy when Mom’s around, and relieved when she can get away.

There is some North Korea level of “everything the leader touches turns to gold”.
I don’t know why the media feels they have to gush with praise for Michelle Obama. It might be a racial thing where it is common to denigrate black people’s looks among racists, and they feel they have to somehow prove they aren’t. They also did it by calling Barack Obama well-spoken and smart all the time.
It kind of starts getting silly after a while.
Maybe she is embarrassed by the way her 50 something mother is dressed.
The effect of the writing is also to keep people who want to see the pictures wanting to see them. If they wrote "Michelle Obama looks like a slob trudging through the sand in an unflattering get-up" then people will stop reading and that's one profitable source of clicks that dries up for the paper.

There are pictures on the Internet of the Obamas with a couple that is their friends, and they are the spitting image of the two "daughters" in appearance. Rumor is that the couple were paid off to lend their daughters to the Obamas for political purposes to make them appear to be a "normal" family.

Surrogate mothers are not out of the question these days, if you have the money. The Kardashians do that.
Straight out writing a check for somebody else’s baby or otherwise bartering for that infant is still frowned upon, mostly.
“Sensational” is not the word I would use.
