If that does not happen, the illegals collectively referred to as "DACA's" or "Dreamers" will be officially recognized as illegals by everybody except the extremely delusional. The pressure is on the DACA lovers to get some LEGAL way to keep these people in our country.
Since the EO expires in March, it's about time to start lining up the busses for the trips to the border. By the way, is there a specific date in March 2018 when the EO expires? Ides of March would be appropriate, for those who might understand the reference.
I look forward to having high-school kids working in local stores and fast-food places, so they can learn the valuable first-job lessons what will make them useful members of our society. (That first job is part of being middle-class, which the haters now refer to as "acting white".)
I have 2 immigrant nieces.

Do you remember India?
In any case, Pres. Trump can either just ignore her completely or appeal the decision.
I do not know how or if this affects the March deadline.
Judge rules DACA legal, blocks Trumps decision to end program
President Trump realizes that and it's likely he wants an immigration policy that makes sense. First he feels obligated to clean up the mess made by the Obama/val/jar regime which will take time.
The DACA illegals have been described as lovely kids just looking for a chance instead of who they really are.In truth they are illegals of all ages who want a free ride on our dime.
The drivebys have successfully made anyone who doesn't want to treat the daca goons as the second coming bigoted racists.Furthermore, to defame their sh!hole countries is even a worse crime.
None of that matters.
What matters is the immigration policy we devise from now on.
Will we continue to let those who can steal across the border voting individual citizens or not, or will we secure the border and let in only those who can actually help the country?
We shall see.
See DHS September 5, 2017 Memorandum on Rescission Of DACA.
The March 18, 2018 "deadline" relates to the routine expiration of paroled status for the illegal immigrant.
[DHS] Will adjudicate--on an individual, case by case basis--properly filed pending DACA renewal requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents from current beneficiaries that have been accepted by the Department as of the date of this memorandum, and from current beneficiaries whose benefits will expire between the date of this memorandum and March 5, 2018 that have been accepted by the Department as of October 5, 2017.
