Supporters of US President Donald Trump have disrupted a speech by Sadiq Khan and called for the London Mayor to be arrested.
Mr Khan was about to start speaking to the Fabian Society in London when he was disrupted by protesters from a group called the White Pendragons who shouted pro-Trump and pro-Brexit slogans.
In a tweet on Friday, Mr Khan said Mr Trump had got the message that he was "not welcome" in London after the President cancelled a planned visit to open the new US embassy.
In a video posted on social media, one protester could be heard saying: "Ladies and gentlemen, we're here today to make a non-violent, peaceful citizen's arrest."

I hear what you’re saying, yet there was once a time when America and the American flag were looked at by the world as a symbol that stood for Freedom and Liberty and Justice. In some places it still is, and is why people from all these 3rd world “shitholes” are killing themselves to get here.
I totally understand them wanting to use as much of the truth and justice of the American ideal as they can to get their point across.
I guess my question to the American flag waving non Americans is, “What are you doing in England. Why arent you trying with all your might to become an American?
Im probly kinda over possessive of our flag, and only on my first cup of coffee so I was caught off guard when a Brit whipped it out to protest. Lots of folks doing stupid stuff with our flag lately, trying to prove their point and usually pissing me off in the process.

Votes have consequences.
They did it because they like America, respect America and the president. I was surprised to see on the Daily Telegraph so many Brits expressing their support for the president today and pushing back against the mayor of London. It does seem there is a silent majority in GB who want good relations with America - especially in light of leaving the EU.
