The ENTIRE SYSTEM of FISA-702 surveillance and data collection was weaponized against a political campaign. The DOJ and FBI used the FISA Court to gain access to Trump data, and simultaneously justify earlier FISA “queries” by their contractor, Fusion GPS. FISA-702 queries were used to gather information on the Trump campaign which later became FBI counterintelligence surveillance on the officials therein.

His position would deal with every FISA usage and request of the FBI, would it not??

In the fine print it reads “AT THE REQUEST OF THE US PRESIDENT”. Obama knew all along they were spying on an opposition party’s campaign.
That is a request by the US government to the UK government to surveil a US citizen on US soil.
I just don’t want to hear the standard reply to any crime;”we have to get to the bottom this so it never happens again”. Then nothing happens to anyone.

Judge Napolitano made reference to this. How could the “incoming” Trump administration compromise “internal US intelligence”. They did not control NSA/DOJ/FBI or is this Clapper using Rice to get the Brits to do what Adm Mike Rogers had put the kybosh on ?
