This $hit makes my blood boil. Look who’s the prosecutor. Wilson should be the one in jail... but that makes too much sense. What was her motivation to bring the charges she made? And what information was given to her by the arresting officers?

I’m thinkin’ it’s not a bad idea for a guy to consider what is a shoot/don’t shoot situation ahead of time. If he goes picking off people just because they’re 1500 hundred feet from his place, I think he’d likely have a few questions to answer.

That is the way I read it. Some nut shooting into the house and the marine returned fire. I would have as well. If I am on the jury and this indeed is how the event happened this guy walks.

The author is clearly a product of the public education system. They probably graduated with honors in their English classes.
