Of course Trump supported Moore in the general as any good Republican would, we're talking about the primary. I said during the initial primary that Mo Brooks was obviously the best choice by far and he was. But after he placed third, Strange should have been the choice in the runoff, Trump got that right and I have to give him props.

Strange would easily beaten the rat. Moore was an atrocious candidate, even with the allegations he still would have won if he hadn't said idiotic things about slavery times, that's what motivated Blacks to turn out, do you think they care about what did or didn't happen to some White girl in the 70's? In the end it was his self-inflicted wounds that proved mortal. And now Bama is stuck with a pajama boy Senator for 4 years.

Arapio is very old man who was slaughtered for reelection in Maricopa county, losing by 13 points whilst Trump carried the county by 3. If Joe is the nominee the lesbian rat is certain to win, that's the only consideration here, he should be eliminated from consideration. Trump was right to pardon him because he didn't commit any crime, but that has nothing to do with the election.

I'm not sold on Ward's electibilty either, and of course the Bannon connection is not a mark in her favor, but that has nothing to do with Arapio. If Ward demonstrates she can beat Sinema I'll back her. If not, though I know most freepers won't agree, I see no choice but to go with McSally.

Strange was mortally wounded by his own scandals. HE should have stepped down and made room for Mo Brooks.

People in Alabama were furious with Big Luther for stopping the investigation into Gov. Bentley in exchange for the senate seat.

Not to mention that he had a little female problem himself.

Nothing about this election was normal in any way.

Yes, we should have went with Brooks. No brainier.

But once it was a binary choice we should have listened to Trump, he was right and we (including me) were wrong. Moore could barely win elections in Bama before the scandal.
