The married governor of Missouri was accused in a news report Wednesday of using a half-naked, S&M photo to pressure a woman he was cheating with into keeping quiet about the affair.
Hours after the report on local KMOV Gov. Eric Greitens and wife Sheena issued a statement admitting to an extramarital fling, saying Eric took responsibility and we dealt with this together honestly and privately. The statement did not address a bombshell claim that he squeezed the woman with the photo, quoting her ex-husband saying the fling happened in March 2015 and that the future governor wanted to keep it quiet at all costs.

Part of the problem is having these guys live in Washington DC by themselves (not this case). If they could bring their families to DC it would at least help a little, but the prices are ridiculous and their pay is ok but not exactly earth shattering.

I agree, I get bad vibes. I think everything he has done was resume-building to run for POTUS. The books, the military service, all of it.
On a personal level, he sounds like a DB. I heard from a reliable source he abused a waitress (not sexually, for bad service) when down at one of the lakes and had to be stopped by a friend. He had actually grabbed her he was so irate. He could have been charged with assault for that.
He was until recently. The guy that he beat had been a Republican that flipped to democrat.
I didn’t like either of them.
Personally I just don’t care about this. Too many politicians have done much worse and most don’t get punished unless they have a R behind their name.
Says...media.
When Republicans have an affair, they’re guilty.
Democrats who do the same thing are near saints.
He raped her?
He’s a governor, which in many states comes with a “mansion,” with room, probably, for a wife and kids.
And just because it isn't rape doesn't mean it isn't a sex crime.
And if it wasn't rape, just what sex crime was it?
Did she point a gun to his head and force him to have an affair with her? Did she force him to take a nude picture of her?
Of course it goes both ways, and that picture may have been consensual. Innocent until proven guilty. But what if he is guilty? Does the fact that a woman also made bad choices excuse him? Will that save his career or prevent him from being convicted.
This isn't just about men behaving badly. This is about men wrecking their own lives (not to mention the lives of others) over getting some.
And if it wasn't rape, just what sex crime was it?
Someone just snapped a picture of your daughter nude without her consent. What crime is that?
Lol, men and women fornicate, and bad shit often happens as a result. If you only see fit to blame the male, you have some kind of issue, which you can go ahead and keep to yourself. Not interested at all.
You think that's funny?
If you only see fit to blame the male, you have some kind of issue, which you can go ahead and keep to yourself.
Men who sexually harass and assault women, or commit other sex crimes against them, are not to blame for their actions?
Not interested at all.
Is that why you keep replying to my posts?
Nice strawman. Apparently you can't read. You think grown women who have consensual sex with powerful married men are helpless victims.
Did she consent to being blackmailed with the partial nude photograph?
Can’t recall as I ever once heard the media refer to “cheating” president Bill Clinton.
