And yet thats not his mandate. (Mueller's) mandate was investigating Russia Collusion, not the president. Mueller seems to be on the black hat side, but sometimes I wonder if he's there to keep all the lefty lawyer's under his watch doing busy work, tilting at windmills (keeping the Russia distraction alive), thereby making them unable to work for their usual circle of criminal Demonicrat politicians.
