I’ve used whole milk my whole life and continue to do so for my own family. No one is overweight. Even 2% seems watery. I suppose it’s all what we get used to.

whole milk here!!! Nothing else will do!! We are in our late 70’s and hubby was raised on a farm.

I'm 74....Whole milk all my life. Still love it...don't drink quite as much as I'm a coffee drinker, too.

Not overweight...BP 115/65.
