How did Bannon think this was all going to end? What was he thinking? He must be a complete idiot.

I think I heard his show on XM radio this morning. He seemed in control.

Seems like the Moore defeat destroyed him. Now WHO will primary all these RINOs?

Yes, this seems like a win for the swamp. Now they can breathe easy that their Senate seats are safe.

“Yes, this seems like a win for the swamp. Now they can breathe easy that their Senate seats are safe.”

President Romney agrees.

I'm pretty sure we need at least one more thread on this. Maybe another in "breaking news" too.

his most severe wounds are self-inflicted.

Very true. The Irish have a saying: "no man has an enemy like his own self."

Which is a little strange, considering almost no money was spent on the Moore campaign - the guy was outraised over 5 to 1 by Doug Jones. And Bannon supported Mo Brooks during the primary. If Trump had also endorsed Brooks instead of the low-energy, incompetent Moore, he would have won the primary and the election, and we'd be sitting pretty.

I’m confused. So who is Breitbart these days? Who/What runs that? And I don’t mean the super annoying awful advertising they have...

I doubt that.

I have no use for Beck.

Bannon? He is gutsy and smart. There are some unusual areas of interests that he is quite capable in.

Anybody who POs the GOPe of big time, cannot be all bad. smile.

Yep. The idiot is getting what he deserves.

Like I said before, Bannon and Spicer are 2 peas in the same backstabbing pod.

Yeah, I know all that is the new “explanation” now that things went sour in Alabama but I’m not buying it. Some sea change occurred to allow a Dummie to take office. That is now two senate seats lost.

The idea that you can compare Moore’s vote total to Trump is absurd. (as some have done). Voters barely care enough to vote in a Presidential election, but they most surely care even half as much when voting for Congressmen. A Congressional voter total is never going to come anywhere near a Presidential one.
