The US government does not have the power to compel speech or action. To define when a person politely declines to do something or say something as a “crime” is not in the enumerated powers.

The LGBT lobby is laying the groundwork for evil tyranny that they will deeply regret as they press this issue forward.

Per usual, the MSM has described this as if it is the same thing as blacks being barred from business because they are black, versus refusing to host a black panthers convention due to its racism.

Liberals actually support discrimination against straight people by advocating that the government should help pay for a drug that enables the primary agents of HIV infection to freely engage in sodomy without infecting others, or to pay for treatment for those who have, but likely the MSM would not do the same for smokers.
