A man has died in hospital after he was injured in an explosion near a Stockholm subway station on Sunday. The explosion occurred late on Sunday morning outside the Vårby Gård station, injuring a man in his sixties and a 45-year-old woman.

The Aftonbladet newspaper reported that the blast was from was a hand grenade, though this remains unconfirmed by police, who said it's too early to comment on the matter.

Oh, you just wait. If the hand grenade was homemade, there will be calls to ban the items that were used to make the grenade (cast iron, etc.). And if the hand grenade was smuggled in, there will be calls to search every box that enters the country.
The root cause will not be addressed.
By the way, the same sort of thing is happening in the UK. There have been many acid attacks, particularly in London. The acid is of the type usually found in drain cleaners. So of course there have been calls to strictly regulate drain cleaners.
Why would anyone leave a hand grenade around?
I was in Copenhagen airport last month. Shockingly little security. I don’t think I saw an armed guard the entire time I was there. Any muzzie could have walked up and blasted the place up at their leisure.
