At least 50 terabytes of data were seized from his home with authorities saying it may have been the largest theft of classified documents in the countrys history.
Hillary comes in second place, again.

This sort of thing is illegal??? Someone should tell Huma. And Hillary. And Comey. And many other Democrats.

Well I’m pretty sure he didn’t intend to do it so give him a pass for goodness sake.
To: Libloather
Who does this guy think he is? The Secretary of State?
To: Libloather
Hillary is stoking up before the authorities knock on her door.

Was there intent? Because no prosecutor in his right mind would take the case without intent.

How do people like this ever get past a security check?
When I was at Intel, they knew everyone who was on a secure section of the chip.
If there was a leak, they knew one of 50 people leaked it.

Question is whether Hitlary would ever plead guilty to anything.

And not a single document was marked “Classified”.

Guilty of one count?
The DOJ should start the bargaining at Death Penalty and bargain down from there.
Why these horrific breaches of trust, possibly doing tens if not hundreds of billions of dollars worth of damage if not costing lives (or both) are not punished with unbridled viciousness, I have no idea.
To: Libloather
But Im sure he didnt INTEND to commit a crime, so its OK

What puzzles me is that these people always seem to hide this stuff IN THEIR OWN HOUSES???? (Think Hillary - after all the time she’s had to get ride of stuff - she seems to’ve thought all would be safe until a week or so ago -= so - a handy fire. )
He may have been saving evidence of all the unconstitutional, illegal goings on the gov’t in the past few years - hoping that some day - even if decades on, the truth could be known.
