This excellent video shows that the "ozone hole" is healing, debunking another claim of the Warmist cult.

Ozone was never in danger or us from freon.
A hole was seen for the first time in 1984
It shrinks and expands due to the sun.

Its well known as a self-healing process...at least before it was politicized.

It ebbs and flows in cycles, as with most of nature.

But this was predicted to become a grave threat to mankind by the 1990’s.

You HAVE to have an Ozone Hole! If it heals 100%, we will turn into a terrarium!

WHY WHY WHY is the public (and the press) so uneducated on the upper atmosphere?

Read an article or two, and learn about how the atmosphere works. Without an ozone hole at BOTH poles, we will NOT have 4 seasons on the earth!

Here’s a simple Q/A for you — In the winter in the norther hemisphere, the Cold Wind blows from the north pole area down into Canada/US and also down into Greenland, and down into Siberia. -— So HOW can the wind blow from the north pole down in every direction south of the pole?

The answer is that due to the tilt of the earth, a ozone hole opens in the upper atmosphere, and super cold air from the upper atmosphere is able to pierce the troposphere and sink (cold air sinks) down and out across the earth. This is ineffective, the earth’s respiration!

This has all been know for over 60 years! Of course that was before pay-to-play science.

Of course it’s healing. This is an expected consequence of global warming..

Of course its healing, no sunspots. Also why its getting colder. The more they claim to know everything, the more you know they know nothing.

In the years since it was discovered it has grown and shrunk in parallel with volcanic eruptions high in chlorine compounds.

As a lay person, how do I know if the ozone layer is a problem or not? One hint was that it was being raised with alarm bells by the same hysterical people who claim man is killing the planet via global warming.

I dismissed the danger here out of hand shortly after it was raised.

Well, it healed. Who could have seen this coming?

I suspect it fluctuates over time, and had probably been in the same worst condition we found it in, only before such recordings were possible.

Those of y'all who have been paying attention about this "ozone hole" thing for the past thirty or so years will recall that the only reason this 'ozone hole' was noticed in the first place is that a new satellite had been sent into orbit and it detected a 'thinning' of ozone over the antarctic region. Everyone got all panicky and they quickly decided that chlorofluorocarbons were at fault. That meant that the most common refrigerant in use at the time, the patent for which was about to expire, had to be banned. Luckily Dow Chemical had a new freshly patented refrigerant on hand to take its place, so we were all saved.

Now, here's the interesting thing IMO... (besides how convenient this all was to certain corporate entities)... The reason this 'ozone hole' had never been seen previously was because we'd not had instrumentation in space capable of detecting it previously. So, we have no idea if this was a normal cycle (I recall there being correlation to sunspot cycles) or if this was something that was actually abnormal. The fact that it seems to be self-repairing during a time of historic low sunspot activity is interesting.
