show me a copy of an order signed by Abraham Lincoln to any of the Generals of the Union ordering them to burn widows and orphans out of their homes
I don't have and don't recall ever having seen any orders Lincoln sent to his generals. I assume you wouldn't deny that widows and orphans were burned out of their homes. Does this mean you think they did it on their own and "Honest Abe" never found out about it?
