No you didn’t. The section you won’t name is the Commerce Clause, which has been expanded way beyond its original meaning since Wickard.

No none of that matters. They have passed laws restricting the use and sale of drugs including weed. The Courts have not ruled those laws unconstitutional so they are laws legal passed and enforced. Cry all you want about your interpretation of the Constitution the law is still the law until it isn't.

Nonsense. For example, vote Republican, and I voted for legalization here in deep blue Massachusetts

But it was deep blue Massachusetts that carried the day...

Enlighten me please.

What is the raich decision?

It would seem then that the suit can be brought and then decided based on the decision you cited at the lower court level and certainly at the appellate level.

The statement was from the US Attorney for CO, not the state AG. Ironically, he was appointed by Jeff Sessions.

Raich was the case that decided fedgov has power under the Commerce Clause to regulate intrastate medical mj that is neither sold, nor crosses state lines. Thomas, O’Connor, and Renquist were in the minority on the side of the states.

Scalia the Elastic joined the liberals on the court to expand the reach and power of fedgov.

When you toke, can you tell us at what point you of sound mind and are not under the influence of this mind altering drug?

Irrelevant when I'm sitting in my living room watching TV. Still has NO BEARING on your health or safety. None at all.

Clinically, speaking, what is your washout time? What dose does you no harm? What dose does you harm? What dose causes you to lose control of yourself?

I've never lost control of myself and as far as what dose does me "harm", I don't know, I've never "harmed" myself with pot, although research says you would need to smoke a ton of it to actually overdose.

When you buy sh!t from your dealer or boutique, or grow sh!t in your own backyard how safe is what you have bought or what you have grown? Is it altered in any way? Did your Pot monkey spike it with something? Is the potency and effect the same from plant to plant or crop to crop? I'll wager you don't know sh!t about any of this.

Clearly you know NOTHING about pot, other than to push your propaganda BS.

In the end the damage is to your health, possibly the health of others, and ultimately to your credibility. Your reputation is as charred as the sh!t you are smoking.

Had a CT and xray on my chest late last year. Doc congratulated me for quitting smoking nicotine. Said my lungs looked great. My credibility? My clients respect and appreciate what I do for them. My boss appreciates what I do. The myriad performance bonuses I have received throughout the years indicate my credibility is just fine.

The truth is, you are a sad, ignorant individual. You shouldn't talk about things you know absolutely nothing about.

Doc congratulated me for quitting smoking nicotine.

If you are a smoker of any sort it is clear that you are not too smart about smoke to begin with. You are a compulsively addicted personality and whatever you chose to smoke has already mastered you. You are inherently out of control.

First you say: I've never lost control of myself and as far as what dose does me "harm", I don't know...

I wagered, "... you don't know sh!t about any of this."

Looks like I'm right.

Then you in contradictory fashion say: "I've never "harmed" myself with pot..."

You don't know that. Educate yourself. American Adiction Centers

, although research says you would need to smoke a ton of it to actually overdose.

Cheech & Chong + bong = the quality of your research. Inhaling of smoke of any kind introduces seriously harmful toxins into your body, but you're apparently still too stupid to recognze a simple fact that has been commonly known for decades.

Synthetic active derivatives of related substances found in marijuana have been formulated into long marketed drug products. They have been studied and have demonstrated clinically significant benefits as shown by rigorous scientifically well controlled, statistically valid clinical trials. Manufacturing quality controls are in place and are routinely audited to assure both potency of product and medicinal safety.

Dronabinol (Marinol, Syndros) and nabilone (Cesamet) have been around for over 35 years. Speak to your doctor and Medicate responsibly.

Smoking of any kind is a risk and a habit only undertaken by nervous, internally self-contradictory, compulsive fools who lack self-control of which you are merely another textbook example.

Well, no, because the day I chose to stop smoking cigarettes, I stopped. Cold turkey. Never went back. That is the OPPOSITE of out of control.

Looks like I'm right a sad, ignorant person who doesn't have a clue what I am talking about.

Fixed it!

Lol. Again with the Big Pharma. No thanks. I don't need to get addicted to pills that have been proven time and again to do far more harm.

Tobacco smoke addiction replaced with a pot smoke addiction = No difference.

Fixed it!

No, the thread shows that I am right and you admittedly don't know sh!t about the sh!t you smoke.

Nah, you'll just stay addicted to smoking weed without a clue of what you are taking into yourself or harm it and other ancillary substances are doing to you.

You are simply a willfully ignorant, drug addled fool, bereft of self control and common logic.
