.....Cory Gardner.
The junior senator from Colorado...
But Gardner who also heads the campaign operation charged with hanging on to the Republicans Senate majority is becoming known as someone who will do more than posture when he and the Trump administration disagree.
The latest and most striking example came Thursday, when Gardner, who is 43, announced that he will stand in the way of every nomination that the Justice Department sends to the Senate.
....He and fellow Colorado Sen. Michael F. Bennet, a Democrat, are co-sponsors of the Dream Act, which would grant legal status and a path to citizenship to immigrants who were brought to this country illegally...

Trying to position himself as a libertarian Rand Paul type.
Look, there is a place to stand for states sovereignty...but he is aligning himself with liberals who SUDDENLY care about "states rights" after these same liberals wanted the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT to overrule states on marriage and abortion.
Gardner is being praised by the Bezos Blog. That raises red flags.

I think his concern is losing the revenue from pot. Can you imagine how much they will lose if the federal government make pot illegal in states again. Gardner’s first priority has to be his state and the people who voted for him in the state. So if you look at it that way, then you can see why he is upset.

Trump's been having too many victories lately. Time for the left and the never-Trump ePubs to kick off another distraction campaign or two to divert attention.

Oh yeah - if we don't get our way we are going to impede all government operations.
Where this isn't treason it is playing into the hands of limited federal government conservatives, libertarians and states' rights folks.

Ok. You got your 15 minutes of fame. How’s that working out for you?

I’m thinking he wants to be the new McCain.
Let him stand in the way of the Trump train - he’ll get plastered.
Go Trump - MAGA
Go Melania aka Lady MAGA

Remember I kept saying there is more to the Sessions Maryjane stuff than potheads?
Gardner is a BIG “Dreamer” supporter.
I kept saying, “This is Sessions way of weeding out” (no pun intended) tens of thousands of Dreamers on pot charges.

No. He is not a RINO. He is a mainstream Republican which is not more accurately termed a Democrat(R). What are called RINOs are the majority of the party and therefore NOT Republicans-In-Name-Only. They are Republicans.

he will stand in the way of every nomination that the Justice Department sends to the Senate.I think this is great news.
We Coloradans need to be rid of him, and now he is sure to have President Trumps attention.
We all know the rest of the story already.

Garner is a Bush League Republican trying to protect the Cheap Labor Express and the demographic changes that have been made to the country against the will of the citizens.

If he want's to get reelected in Colorado, he had better be against Sessions going after legal marijuana.
And as for him being a "RINO", didn't he just vote to help pass the largest tax break in US history? I thought that was supposed to be a good thing?
Conservatives that attack Republicans as "RINO's", are going to turn the US into a socialist state! Obama won his second term, because 'conservatives' considered Romney a 'RINO', and stayed home - Obama got fewer votes in 2012 that McCain got in 2008.
Unless "conservatives" start to realize that having a "RINO", in a pink or blue state is a GOOD thing, conservativism in the US is dead.

Yes, but it is certainly not on immigration and citizenship matters which are solely the domain of the feds.

If we get 30 million new Democrat voters thanks to amnesty, that would already be a foregone conclusion, and that is what RINOs have been colluding to have happen for a decade already.

If the Republican caucus consists of only 20 conservative Senators, and 120 conservative Representatives, we will end up with abortion on demand in every CVS, and Walgreens.

Candidate Trump says legalizing Gay Marriage is a State issue, he is literally Hitler.
The Trump Administration says regulating Marijuana is a Federal Issue, Trump is literally Hitler.
For the record, my personal opinion is that legalizing Marijuana use is a States Rights issue.
