Not a report of what Trump has been said to have said, but the actual statement.
You really, REALLY need to visit Breitbart. Bannon is *not* exposing this story as tabloid trash. It is his top three headlines, and he is exploiting it. It’s disgusting.
Here is the second of Breitbart’s three headlines. It is NOT taking one for the team:

Not everyone goes to Breitbart-big government. Most go to Breitbart’s main homepage. Your headline isn’t on it.
Why are you still in denial about Moore? Did you miss the Hannity interview? Did those answers sound consistent with his previous unequivocal press release denials?
Look, I’d have voted for Moore if I lived in Alabama because I’ll never vote for Democrat, but he was a horrible, flawed candidate. We’re not Democrats - we don’t need to construct crazy excuses and alternate realities for why things went wrong.
And, besides his personal flaws, he also left the freaking state in an extremely close race the weekend before to catch the Army-Navy game. He may have been one of only a handful of Republicans in the entire state who could have lost that race.
So, stop blaming us for lousy candidate quality control. You shouldn’t need to drag a Republican over the finish line in Alabama no matter what Shelby or anyone else said. Trump was widely hated by the establishment before his election and crushed Hillary in Alabama.
If voters stuck with Trump, we’d still have that seat with a reliable vote for his agenda. Instead, we have another Schumer stooge for 3 years because Bannon and a few others wanted to be seen as the true MAGA movement leaders with Trump as just a figurehead. They made themselves look like fools and more importantly, hurt the agenda which they ostensibly seek to advance.

Isn’t right now but it was when I read it initially.
I hate to say it, but I think he is too. He gets carried away with his ego at times. Sometimes Bannon acts like he is the super powerful Oz.
Time will tell. But one thing is for sure, Bannon has neither the time, resources, or temperament to run for POTUS. That’s just a nonstarter on the face of it.
Romney is the one you have to watch I think.
Trump’s attack on Bannon using CNN as the source was uncalled for; childish, and stupid. I must sadly say that the first cracks in Trump’s base may begin to appear and we are witnessing the beginning of the end. Bannon is 100% right: Jvanka have no place in the WH.
Of all people to feature, Bannon chooses Chuck Todd.

As I said, time will tell. It looks to me like a fight is being orchestrated between Trump and Bannon. Mitch is grinning like the cat that ate the canary (and posting it), and the presidential line of succession is getting shuffled around. A few days ago they were reporting that Ryan was leaving (which he denies), he is #2, Hatch is retiring and Willard is reportedly coming to town, Hatch is #3.
Well no - if you believe Bannon, that is, the enemy is President Trump and his family, specifically Donald Trump Jr., who he has accused of treason.
Bannon also wanted to increase taxes and raise the top marginal rate.
Thanks to Bannon, the leftstream media now has even more ammunition to use against Trump—and they’ve lost no time using it. This is not orchestrated. It’s Bannon giving Trump headaches he doesn’t need right now.
Are you serious? This statement was already discussed and confirmed in a live press briefing several hours ago. You are willfully uninformed.
To think that this man was part of the National Security Team.
Hope Bannon is shooting a bank shot. Hope he is not trying to hurt Trump with this.
What’s going on is Bannon is being Bannon - really upping the ante this time by calling the President stupid and the President’s son a traitor.
