Yikes!
I looked up a Burger King chocolate shake, whose sugar content is even scarier. These days, those total about 1/2 of a shake (I share w/ family) about once a month, but, not so far back, I used to buy 2x the size ultra-rich shakes at a specialty ice cream shop, and probably consumed 4-5 BK shakes & 10 Whoppers a month, while traveling. How am I 25 lbs. overweight and not 125 lbs. overweight, I do not know...?
