If they want the glory days back shorten the menue to about 1/4 also fry the fries in lard and hire folks that are fluent in english

Had to make some pies for a special occasion. The recipe for the crust called for lard. It needed for about a few tablespoons per pie.
Could only find a huge container, so used the rest to fry French fries and taco shells. HEAVEN! What a difference! That is really yummy stuff.
The fries were originally cooked in beef tallow. I don’t care if the workers speak English as long as they provide decent service.
The Tampa area has some really good stores—all owned and run by the same (Casper) family. Decent restaurants are all about the management.
