He wasn’t arrested for stating his opinion on Facebook... he was arrested for making a possible phone call to mosque and threatening t blow it up. Case closed.

I saw no mention of that in the linked article.
I did a quick Google search. I see what you were saying in your post #45 now.
It seems like this guy was arrested on a felony charge of threatening to blow up a mosque. But from the linked article below: “A year later, however, there is significant evidence suggesting police may have charged the wrong man... Prosecutors have persisted in their case against Feigin despite dwindling and contradictory evidence, CNN found.”
The arrest I posted about is not related to that charge (unless one thinks that maybe CA wants to get him, one way or the other).

Slawson made the calls whom is the son of a LA superior court judge. Slawson has admitted to making the calls in court. The judge of the case. Feigin did call the center but not on the date in Question. The court since then according to Reason.com "set aside" this case. Then started these facebook charges.

Found a fund raising for Feigin

I followed up your post. I can't verify if this link is true but it is claiming to be a web page by Mark Feigin himself. He's claiming he never made that call and it's an attempt to frame him. Knowing the left like I do a frame up is Standard Operating Procedure.
