Ever watch “Homicide Hunter”? It seems impossible that so many murders could happen in one town. Colorado must be lawless.
The sentences handed out are usually ridiculously short, or are found to be excessive and shortened. It’s no wonder criminals are running amok.
Kenda is reporting on a whole career in homicide. My guess is Colorado Springs is safer than the average city.

The beautiful State of Colorado has become a cesspool of leftists, many of whom are decadent old hipsters from the Woodstock era. Marijuana had been legalized, and Denver is now a haven for criminals and dopers from the “Leftcoast”.
I was watching one the other night. Was most or all of his stuff in Colorado? I kept thinking some of it was Los Angeles.

not really. homicides are actually pretty rare outside of Denver/Aurora. And even within those areas, not so much after the uprooted California gangs arriving here were crushed 25 years ago by concerted police work, tough judges, and life-time sentencing without the possibility of parole.
road deaths are another story, though.
