McGill, yeah that pissed me off to no end but nothing bad happened and now he’s a Republican.
Neglected to realize, there is a vacant rat seat in the MN Senate right now, special is Feb 12. Special primary on Jan 29th, Filing deadline the 11th.

Looks like a competitive seat, if I read correctly it says Trump carried it, while the Rat Senator (perv, resigned) was elected by about 7 points. We need to win that bastard and make the rats choke on it.
Well, apparently his fellow Senators thought well enough of him to elevate him without thinking he’d cause a problem, and he didn’t.
It would be nice to win that special in MN, though the GOP has been doing a rotten job with winning legislative races. In a State Senate district adjacent to mine, which went for Trump by well over 20%+, they held a special almost 2 weeks ago for Mae Beavers’ vacancy (she’s running for Governor) and her heir apparent, State Rep. Mark Pody won the seat by just 1%(!) over some lady with no money and no visibility (she carried some of the rural counties). No one expected the race to be remotely competitive.
That kind of low turnout with high GOP lethargy and a disproportionate Dem showing is very unsettling. That’s the kind of crap that could turn 2018 into another 2006 (and could also be why President Trump may expedite his entire agenda for this year as a safeguard in case of a worst case scenario for next November).
