The absence of charges isn’t not absence of a crime.
It’s got nothing to do with me, that’s our system.
People can assume guilt whenever they please, but that has no bearing on anything, and that includes even Hillary.
I never assume anything about a criminal case unless I sit on the jury. That’s because if I don’t sit on the jury I don’t have enough information to assume anything. I also don’t assume anything prior to charges being filed as that would be a very stupid thing to do, imo.
