Graham made it clear that it was how the dossier was used, not the dossier itself, that should result in appointing a Special Prosecutor.
He was obviously NOT happy with what he’d found out about the FBI investigation.

Title: BREAKING: Senator Lindsey Graham Just Confirmed The Steele Dossier Was Used For 2016 FISA Warrant…

Graham said nothing about the Dossier being used for the 2016 FISA Warrant.

Dozens of people have been suggesting that for months, but no one, including Graham, has ever confirmed it.

My bet is Grahamnesty is about to be outted as knowing a lot more than he has admitted, and Linda is getting out one step ahead of the posse.

I agree, and the only reason to get a Special Prosecutor would be to sort out the crimes committed and prosecute those responsible. Otherwise, Congress could do the investigation and issue a "report".

I saw part of his interview and wondered why Congress couldn’t investigate this? If the FBI is going to stonewall Congress then a SP is going to have a very hard time getting documents, interviews, cooperation. I know Congress has no stones, and many in Congress may be culpable in this so these may be good reasons to appoint a SP. But it is also a chance for Congress to reassert its role in the Republic. They have let these agencies they created run amok. We have seen the IRS abuse, INS abuse, DOJ abuse, FBI abuse and more just in the last few years. Congress needs to grow a pair already.

Yes, I am one of these crazy Americans who think we need a much smaller federal government that can stick to its Constitutional mandate, and that is one of the reasons I want Congress to get more involved. But if they are corrupted - and many may be (not just this dossier, but also the Awan scandal and other inanities that make no sense that need resolution but remain stalled) perhaps a SP would be a way to get Congress cleaned up along with the corrupt top floors of all these agencies involved.
