the EO basically allows the President to freeze the assets of a whole lot of Clinton Global Initiative Donors worldwide

The EO has just 13 names. I was going to ask you how we know that any are CGI donors. But I did a minute of research, and saw this one: "9. Goulnora Islamovna Karimova; DOB July 8, 1972; nationality, Uzbekistan"

and there are others.
