Republican pollster and columnist Kristen Soltis Anderson has floated a scenario in which President Trump would question the validity of “elections, period” if Democrats win the Congress in 2018 and are seen moving toward impeachment.
Appearing on today’s Morning Joe, Soltis Anderson spun what she described as a “really scary situation”:
"If President Trump looks like he is potentially at risk of having a Democratic Congress that may begin to want to pursue impeachment proceedings, do you really then begin to see this questioning of the validity of elections period?”

And if Obama had NOT left office, but declared the elections null and void, the barricades would have went up.
But America is such, that we have had peaceful elections and peaceful transfers of power. (Although Bush should have put every single person who destroyed or ransacked the White House into jail or had their security clearances revoked.)

This comes across as an a-priori attempt to set the stage so that legitimate concerns of democrat election fraud are discredited and dismissed as a Trump effort to bypass the electoral process or some sort of crazy Trumper paranoia.
